I love me a good duck confit & I've been craving it ever since Saturday when we were getting day wasted & talking about the duck tacos from Sammy's {Mmm. Yum}. Went to this quaint little French cafe for lunch today with Thida & they had a duck confit entree with truffle fries. I would have to say, it was preeetty good.
